Mended Hearts Atlanta - Chapter 81

The Mended Hearts, Inc. was founded in 1951 by survivors of Heart disease and stroke.  50 years later, with hundreds of chapters worldwide, its mission is still clear: To provide support for victims of heart diseases and stroke and their families.

The Atlanta Chapter of Mended Hearts was chartered in 1973.

Mended Hearts is affiliated with the American Heart Association.
